Are there any restrictions to grow Sandal, Red Sanders and Rosewood in private farm lands?

For felling of scheduled trees like Teak, cutting and transport permission from State Forest Department is required. Application for the said permission may be requested with ‘sita’ endorsed by Village Administrative Officer and submitted Forest Range Office (as per jurisdiction) for obtaining the permission.

There is no restrictions to grow Red Sanders, Sandal and Rose wood in farm land.
