Are there any restrictions imposed for felling of trees grown in farm lands?

For felling of scheduled trees like Teak, cutting and transport permission from State Forest Department is required. Application for the said permission may be requested with ‘sita’ endorsed by Village Administrative Officer and submitted Forest Range Office (as per jurisdiction) for obtaining the permission.
